Kit brings over 15 years of FX experience, spanning origination, commercial leadership and complex market environments.

He has spent the past decade at a FTSE-listed FX firm, progressing through senior commercial roles before taking on divisional front office leadership, most recently co-leading the firm’s institutional coverage with responsibility for growth and origination.

His experience is grounded in working with complex FX flows across jurisdictions, often in time-sensitive and commercially demanding settings, where clarity, structure and discipline matter most.

His track record spans global corporates, insurers, private markets, hedge funds, and investment platforms with a consistent focus on simplicity, robustness and building foundations that support durable relationships.

At Eksel, Kit leads origination and remains closely involved at the relationship level. He oversees counterparty engagement from a strategic standpoint, ensuring Eksel operates alongside institutions selected for credibility, scale and long-term commercial fit.

Richie draws on 17 years of FX experience spanning risk management solutions, execution and counterparty strategy.

He was formerly Trading Director and part of divisional co-leadership at a publicly listed FX firm, where he was responsible for client coverage and divisional performance. He spent nearly a decade at the firm overseeing it’s key client relationships. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at one of the UK’s largest private equity-backed FX brokers and, prior to that, at an S&P 500-listed FX firm.

He has operated at institutional scale through some of the most volatile and complex market conditions in recent memory, supporting funds, insurers and corporates under time-sensitive and demanding operational requirements.

At Eksel, Richie leads client relationships – staying close to market conditions and counterparty appetite, and supporting alignment around each relationship’s commercial context.
